Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@unionzee.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used products
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Sale or clearance items

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost. Just email us at support@unionzee.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
